Increasing the Life Span of Tools Applied in Cheese Cutting Machines via Appropriate Micro-Blasting

The potential to increase the life span of tools applied in cheese cutting machines is great importance, considering their cost and risk fragmented metallic parts tool being inserted into cheese.
